Philip de Roziere is the founder and Managing Partner of PVB Advisors, having established the company in 2008 to provide sophisticated investment banking services to middle market and micro-cap companies. Since 2008, he has managed the successful completion of strategic transactions with aggregate values in excess of $750 million, in addition to completing numerous assignments on behalf of clients seeking consultation in corporate restructuring, refinancing, and valuation.
Mr. de Roziere possesses an extensive background in corporate and investment banking; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; corporate finance; corporate restructuring; and strategic and financial consulting. He has held executive positions at some of the world's largest corporations and financial institutions, and his experience spans a comprehensive range of industries, including business services, manufacturing, financial services, agriculture, energy, healthcare, chemicals, and media and telecommunications.
Mr. de Roziere is a member of the Board of Directors of several middle market corporations and civic organizations. He is married with five children and resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

3i was a privately-held company established to create a consolidation of Midwestern marketing services companies. While at 3i, Mr. de Roziere arranged debt and equity funding, transacted multiple acquisitions, and arranged a successful exit via sale of the company to a publicly-traded competitor.
Koch Industries, Mr. de Roziere led a multi-disciplinary team of professionals responsible for all corporate development (M&A, divestitures, financings, and joint ventures) activities of this privately-held conglomerate with interests in oil & gas, pipelines, chemicals, agriculture, minerals, and consumer products. Koch Industries is consistently one of the largest privately-held companies in the U.S., with annual revenues in excess of $100 billion, and operations throughout the world.
Mr. de Roziere held leadership positions with each of these global financial institutions, with responsibility for originating, structuring, executing, and managing financing, capital markets, and M&A transactions in domestic and international markets, with particular focus on leveraged buyouts, cross-border acquisitions, and asset securitization.
